ABOUT
Rob Carman
Rob lived an incredible life as a husband, father, grandfather, and friend.
He and his wife Ginger were the founding pastors of one of the most influential churches in the state of New Mexico, with a volunteer staff of 1,000 people. His experience in this area allowed him to help and assist pastors in the states and worldwide.
He believed in the local church and taught subjects such as raising volunteerism in churches by inspiring and motivating people to action and involvement. He gave strategic ideas to help churches gain a greater expression and influence in their communities, as well as teaching biblical principles to business leaders through applying biblical economics.
His passion for the world began with an introduction to the late Dr. T.L.Osborn. He saw the world in a new light and began his travels to over 70 nations, teaching, preaching, and sharing his passion for souls.
Rob was a published author on the YouVersion app with over 200,00 completions on his devotions.
He developed the 412 Leadership School, which is offered for free in English, Spanish, Bulgarian, and Farsi.
His work and legacy will continue through his wife, Ginger, through Victory World Missions, passionately carrying the theme they lived and based their life on:
Our Vision is the World, Our Passion is Souls

Ginger Carman
Successfully pastoring together for 22 years, working as a team, they realized both had unique gifts; his was preaching, and hers was administration. Ginger managed the everyday functions of the church and staff and became the project manager of the ongoing construction projects of the church.
Ginger taught in their bible school, oversaw the children’s ministry and worship team, and created the weekly television broadcast. She homeschooled their two children and traveled with her husband.
Ginger knows and understands the complexity of balancing family and ministry. She enjoys consulting and helping staff members find better ways of doing things.
Victory World Missions is the heartbeat of Ginger, and it has not stopped with the passing of her husband. She continues to oversee projects worldwide and is involved in a local church and other ministries.
She is the mother of her two married children and grandmother of 7.
