Victory World Missions was founded more than 23 years ago by Rob and Ginger Carman. From the beginning, their vision has been to build long-term, relationship-based partnerships with trusted leaders in different nations—prioritizing ongoing support, mentorship, and meaningful connections that create lasting impact.
When Dr. Rob Carman passed away in 2021, the loss was deeply felt by friends and partners across the nations. His legacy, however, lives on in the countless leaders he invested in and the relationships he helped build. Today, Ginger continues to carry that same heart with strength and faithfulness. She remains personally committed to nurturing leaders, supporting meaningful projects, and bringing people together across cultures and continents.
Through partnerships in countries such as Papua New Guinea, Mozambique, Botswana, Bulgaria, Uganda, Vietnam, Cambodia and beyond, Victory World Missions remains committed to empowering local leaders, supporting sustainable community development, and providing practical and spiritual resources tailored to each region’s unique needs. The work continues—built on friendship, trust, and shared vision.

Ginger Carman
Ginger Carman’s journey in ministry began almost as soon as she graduated high school, when she met her future husband, Rob Carman, at an evangelistic service led by her father. A few years later, they married, and three years after that, they planted their first church on the Isleta Indian Reservation, laying the foundation for a shared life of faith, service, and community.
For more than twenty years, Ginger and Rob pastored together, discovering how their strengths complemented each other—Rob with his preaching and vision, Ginger with her organization, teaching, and leadership. She guided daily operations, oversaw programs, led children’s ministry and worship, managing building projects, and even produced a weekly television broadcast, all while raising and homeschooling their two children. Their ministry was not only a calling but a partnership built on faith, trust, and shared purpose.
After Rob’s passing, Ginger continued to carry forward their mission. Today, she leads Victory World Mission, overseeing projects around the globe and partnering with ministries helping them find practical ways to serve their communities more effectively.
Beyond ministry, Ginger treasures her family. She is a proud mother of two married children and grandmother of seven. She serves as a facilitator for GriefShare and is an active member of Trinity Church Dallas.
Her story is one of faith, resilience, and a lifelong commitment to serving others.
