ABOUT

Ginger Carman

Ginger Carman is continuing the legacy and vision set by her late husband, Rob Carman—a journey that began just one month after she graduated high school. It was at an evangelistic meeting conducted by her father that she first met Rob. Two years later, they married, and three years after that, they planted their first church on the Isleta Indian Reservation in New Mexico.

Together, Ginger and Rob successfully pastored for 22 years. As a dynamic team, they discovered their distinct strengths: Rob brought powerful preaching, while Ginger led with exceptional administrative skill. She managed the day-to-day operations of the church and staff, served as project manager for church construction projects, and played a key role in shaping the ministry’s growth.

Ginger also taught in their Bible school, led both the children’s ministry and worship team, and produced a weekly television broadcast. While raising and homeschooling their two children, she traveled extensively with Rob, blending ministry and motherhood with grace.

With deep insight into the balance of family life and ministry demands, Ginger now consults with church staff and leaders, helping them find effective, streamlined ways to serve their communities.

Today, Ginger continues to lead Victory World Missions with passion and purpose. Though Rob has passed, the mission lives on—stronger than ever. She oversees global projects, remains active in her local church, and partners with ministries around the world.

She is the proud mother of two married children and the grandmother of seven.

Rob Carman

Rob Carman lived an extraordinary life as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

Alongside his wife, Ginger, Rob co-founded one of the most influential churches in New Mexico, powered by a volunteer staff of over 1,000. Their leadership not only shaped a thriving local church but also empowered pastors and leaders across the United States and around the world.

Rob had an unshakable belief in the local church. He taught on the power of volunteerism, inspiring people to step into action and engage in meaningful service. He offered strategic insight to help churches expand their influence within their communities and taught biblical principles to business leaders—bridging faith and marketplace through the lens of biblical economics.

His passion for the world was ignited after meeting the late Dr. T.L. Osborn. That encounter opened Rob’s eyes to global ministry, launching him into a lifetime of travel to more than 70 nations where he preached, taught, and poured his heart into reaching souls.

Rob was also a published author on the YouVersion Bible app, with over 200,000 completions of his devotionals. He created the 412 Leadership School, which remains freely accessible in English, Spanish, Bulgarian, and Farsi—impacting leaders across cultures and continents.

Though Rob has passed, his work and vision live on. His wife, Ginger, continues the mission through Victory World Missions, boldly carrying the message they built their lives around:

Our Vision is the World. Our Passion is Souls.
