Taekwondo Club

Support from Victory World Missions is significantly impacting Mozambique for Jesus! In 2023, VWM supported our unique vision to establish a taekwondo club for underprivileged children in our neighborhood. They provided fall mats, armor, and kick paddles for our training dojo. The taekwondo initiative has made a substantial difference in our community. Parents and neighbors are impressed with the discipline and behavioral improvements in the children, who are also growing in self-confidence and identity. We offer training for both junior and senior athletes.

In 2024, our club participated in a local competition, winning several medals and the trophy for best male athlete! This year, during our 2025 Bible School intake, we welcomed three students from the senior taekwondo club. They have come to know Jesus and desire to serve Him. Glory to God!

Building a Wall

Victory World Missions funded the construction of a crucial wall around our preschool and church. In this culture, a wall surrounding a property symbolizes permanence and finality. While a building may stand on the premises for decades without being regarded as significant, the presence of a wall impresses the community. Before the wall was built, our property was frequently used as a shortcut, with people and motorbikes zipping through regularly. This made it an unsafe play area for our preschool and kids’ club. However, with the construction of the wall, both the church and children’s areas are now secure. Our children are safe and protected!the church and the children’s area safe. Administration Offices

In 2024, VWM contributed significantly towards the renovation of the Nacala Base administration offices. From seven staff working in one room, we now have a lovely, spacious area where all our teachers can prepare their lessons, write their reports, meet together and carry out their responsibilities in very professional manner! The new office block has brought incredible value and has enlarged the place of our tent, lengthened our chords, and strengthened our stakes in effectiveness and capacity to fulfill the purpose God has called us to in Mozambique!
