It has always fascinated me that God only gives life in days! At the beginning of creation God made days, and after each of those days, He said it was good. So how can we say the same thing?
The average life contains between 20,000 and 30,000 days, but God only gives them to us one at a time.

We have a choice; we can either enjoy our days or live them out in misery and futility. Let’s instead make them count. Psalm 23:6 says, “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life,” The Psalmist said “This is the day that the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glad in it” so how can we do the same thing?

  1.  See every day as a gift from God. When we learn to take one day at a time, forgetting about yesterday and not worrying about tomorrow, we begin to enjoy today a life filled with expectancy.
  2. Begin each day with God. Psychologist have said that the whole day is conditioned by two five minute periods. The five minutes when you wake up and the five minutes before you fall asleep. Yet, thousands of years before they discovered this truth. Psalm 92:1-2 told us the same thing, “It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto your name, O most high, to show forth your loving kindness in the morning and your faithfulness every night.” So let start to practice this simple solution and see great results. You can make each day a great day!
